Each tub of our ice cream is made in small batches, by hand, by us, on our family dairy farm. The milk is delivered fresh from our cows from the 4am morning milking and is put straight into our ice cream maker. By 3.30pm it has been ageing long enough for us to start the freezing process, so by 4pm you can be licking it in a cone - Our ice cream truly is from cow to cone in 12 hours!
